With nine back pad angles and three seat pad positions, the bench adapts quickly for various exercises, including presses, rows, and more. Each adjustment is clearly marked on the side for convenience, while the grippy pad surface helps maintain your position during intense sessions.

Mobility is simple with two integrated wheels and a sturdy handle, making it easy to reposition in your training area. The included utility post adds versatility for attaching accessories.
